    8 MIN ABS-SOLUTE SCRATCH WORKOUT I FOUNDATION CUTS LV.1

    8 min Abs-solute scratch workout is a great workout or warmup for both beginner and experienced Djs!

     

    8 min Abs-solute scratch workout series will be updated with new scratches and new levels of difficulty and focused scratches to keep you working and motivated to get better. Repeat this workout everyday with left then right hand and track your improvements.

     

    You will also notice that learning newer & harder scratches will be easier for you when you have consistently practiced your foundation cuts with #skratchercise workouts like this!

     

    Getting better takes time. But even a few mins a day helps!

     

    This episode is a Level 1 warmup and focuses on the following cuts:

     

    Baby

    Tear

    Forward

    Backward

    Stabs

    Dicing

    Transformer

    Variations

    & Chirps!

     

    Use an RCA to Stereo Cable and plug into your Line-in or Aux-in on your mixer with the other side going into your phone or laptop to follow along!

     

    Dj will demonstrate focused scratch for 8 bars or 32 beats....then you have 8 bars or 32 beats to focus on the same scratch!
